DGA GATEWAY

The Digital Government Authority (DGA) is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through the DGA Online Training & Certification Government Registration Gateway.
The Digital Government Authority (DGA), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is the data controller responsible for personal data collected through this gateway.
When you register, we collect: government email address, first and last name, phone number, city of employment, and government entity name. We do not collect sensitive personal data.
Your data is processed solely to: (a) verify your government affiliation against the approved domain whitelist; (b) create and manage your training and certification enrolment; (c) communicate with you about your registration status and training activities.
Processing is conducted under Article 5 of the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) — Royal Decree M/19 dated 9/2/1443H — on the basis of your explicit consent given at registration.
Your personal data will be retained for the duration of your enrolment plus five (5) years, after which it will be securely deleted unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties. It may be shared with authorised DGA Cloud Office administrators and contracted training providers solely for the purposes described above.
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorised personnel through role-based access controls. The system is protected by AWS WAF, CloudFront, and other security controls.
Under the PDPL you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact: privacy@dga.gov.sa
